[Release] Final Killcam for any gametype

One of the good things Black Ops and MW3 have is that every match ends with a final killcam, even if the event ended the match wasn't a kill.

Now I managed to get this to work also on MW2: on any round end, gametype (even on domination), timeout or host ended game, the final killcam will be shown.
