[Contest] Map Editor
As you all know Treyarch didn't release radiant, some may remember I said : "Modders will do it, if they don't release it" Well that day has happened
Jariz and I have been working on this map editor , We worked hard and will continu to work hard on it, please show support to our work, this will help not only other modders , but will also add fun to Black Ops itself.
Features:
- Custom Menu (Quickmessage and iAegle Easy Menu)
- Custom Background
- Custom Weapons
- Spawning Models
- Spawning A Working Turret (That you can actually use)
- Fast Easy Way To Use It
- Part Of Randomizer Mod (Will Explain This Part Later In This Thread)
NOTE: The Lord Script's Rifle Has A Realistic Aim, A bit more high and on the left (I Doubt people aim with the gun in the midle...) , same for the recoil
2.NOTE: The Map Editor Is A Gametype
Upcomming Features:
- Saving map In 0.8 (Jariz knows how and just need to finish it)
- Removing Last Models In 0.8 (I know how, but I need to work with Jariz, He scripts better than I do and I have the ideas to make this work)
- Spawning Models With Collision (In V1, Why? We need either to export and reimport all models with collision or find another way to do)
- Spawn Collision (Without Models)
- Custom Gametypes :
Castle Wars
-Each Teams Builds His Own Castles, With A Trone (They Have A Maxium Of Models To Spawn) Every One Gets An Explosive Weapon , The First Team To Get The Trone To Fall Or Being Crushed Or Destroyed Wins ( You Cant Go Outside Your Own Castle)
Randomizer
-Yea That Is My Randomizer Mod, it will features as a gametype
Features of it are:
-Random Perks, Weapons, Equipement, Clan Tag/Emblem On Weapon, Camo
Fat Academic
Each Teams Need To Keep Running To Lose Fat and become faster
When dieing and/or not moving you gain some fat, first team to have no fat guys left wins
Ok back to the upcomming Features:
- Presets Maps ( For The Upcomming Gametypes )
- Working objective spawner
- Working Weapon Pickup Spawner
- Differents Turrets (Just Need To Add The Code To Switch Turret Models)
- Wheater, Time Of Day
NOTE: Source Code Is Not Provided In 0.7 , Why? With The Custom Weapons In My Randomizer Part (It Is Not Yet A Seperated Gametype) You wouldnt Be Able To Compile The Mod, We Will Release The Source Code Once It Is Seperated, So You Can Add Custom Models To It
