You can't, making server ranked makes it go FFA.
Sorry @Spirit70 , making server SD is impossible.

The version without the CPU checks works great on my HLDSUpdateTool server. No lag at all. Can even run 16 and 18 player servers now. Running smooth right now at 14 players.
