Release ProMod Plugin

What can you do with this plugin:
- Clients can set clientdvars
- Save and load the dvars when joining the server again
- No ammo warning
- No red crosshair
- FilmTweak Presets
- No ViewBob
- Teamnames changed
- Bullet penetration increased (x1.6)
- Sprint time increased
- Falldamage decreased
- JumpHeight increased
- Strat time increased (7s)
- Spectator fixed (can now spectate all teams + freelook)
- 1 Flash instead of 2
- Ammo clips increased (1 ammo clip more)
- Final killcam disabled
- No sound when ADS
- CoD4 Score style
- No grenade cooking
- Grenade damage increased (+15%)
- No grenade block at start
- Proper team switch
- Scope has unlimited breath
- No death icons
- Planting sound
- No scope and shotgun drop

Requirements:
@Nukem's dedicated server addon V1.323+ (fixed by @Cyanide)
MW3 Dedicated Server

This plugin uses signature scans, so it *should* work on all versions.

sv_config.ini entries:
This plugin is using the section called DVARS with the following variables:
Show variables (Click to View)

You need to use the same format as in my example.

Enable saving of clientdvars:
If you want to save the dvars a client sets you need to create a folder called "dvar" in the folder addon (addon\dvar). For each client there will be a xml file (named with client's xuid). If the folder does not exist, dvars won't save. To save dvars, type !save, for loading type !load

Due to IW's recent update (1.7.413) this feature is broken.

!sens //Change sensitivity of mouse
!save //Save your dvars to the server (needs dvar safe)

!teamonly //0-1 draw only teamchat

!sbMyColor //Change color of your name in scoreboard, example !sbMyColor 1 0 1 1
!maxpackets //set maxpackets from 80-100
!mr //display the MR setting
!lastScore //display score of last map
!miniscoreboard alias !minisb //Enalbe/reset small scoreboard


Note: maxfps can only be set up to 100. But since we can set it to 0 you can go over 100. There is an option to forbid players chaning fps to 0 though. When using CompetitiveMod, maxfps 0 is not allowed.

Also if you want no fx (smoke in bakara, rain, ambient sound etc.) you will have to do fast_restart after setting !clientsideeffects to 0!

How to use:
Download the MW3_ProMod.zip file from attachement and put the MW3_ProMod.dll in your plugins folder. I recommend to use the sv_config.ini I added in the zip. Do not rename the Plugin.

I didn't understand everything. The author info should display every 25 seconds, so it doesn't spam. I don't want to remove this because otherwise people will leech the plugin.

You can display all commands with !help.

I understand the author's intentions, but for, me is spam.

I would prefer instead to spam that displayed the important commands for example:
Use the chat cl_maxpackets 100
and you can ask for source code (CSharp Code)?
I try to modify the plugin itself, but to me it compiles wrong and do not work.
