when first join server, no welcome message but when I !fr the server it then shows welcome message after map reloads.

You can make a bind. If you play on pubs its all good. but if you play for esl and use wire it will be detected

No, it's not possible.

Hello im having some trouble with my clans dedicated server, the biggest one is at the start of every round no one has any ammo, you have to die 1-3 times to gain any ammo. If this is a setting that could me fixed could you give me a hint as to where its at, because ive had no luck in finding it.

That's the knife round. It's there to determine which team can choose the side. You can disable it, take a look at sv_config options on the first post.

Sorry I don't know what the problem is. The plugin should not interfere with any other plugin.

Be sure to not have (*) in your default.dspl file in the folder admin. This can cause the server to stop on map change. Why? Well (*) means it should use all maps and since the last update, IW also included DLC maps. When the server tries to load these DLC maps, it won't find them and will stop. --> So where i have to push default.dspl file??
