Yes, Infinity ward messed something up in the latest MW3 update. Can't even ban trough the in-game console.

You can remove players from the banfile located @ main/permanent.ban

But there is no way you can set the tempban time in the plugin, it only can be set trough the config file

Could you add these commands which are presents in permission plugin :

!gettype // See what user type you are (for example admin, moderator or user).
!getxuid // See your xuid, useful for admins to setup their server.

Is it possible to enable the possibility to edit the "help list" ? Because when you have many plugins, it may be convenient to add commands which are included in these plugins and translate the help list for people which doesn't speak English.

What do you mean, they are not working?
When you want that normal players can use the !pm command, you have to add this:

//Add commands everyone can use
User_commands=!pm

- and restart the server, thats important,
