I don't have time to try it and make it work, if it is even possible. If someone wants to change the code to use it, go ahead.

they are 2 different vote systems, the one in the link is !votekick the one in youtube is the default vote, restart map, kick etc

Mabye You Should Add !cancel For Admins To Avoid Players Kicking Admins
