Try to do it by the XUID.
Paste this to OnSay.

Code:

return ChatType.ChatNone; // removes uncolored name
}

0 - Black
1 - Red
2 - Green
3 - Yellow
4 - Blue
5 - Cyan
6 - Pink
7 - White ( aka default )
8 - Red for your Team, Green for enemies.
9 - Green for your Team, Red for enemies

The last two ( eight and nine ) - I don't remember them, just try it.
