[Request] Fast restart when Infected leaves

Hi.

Any chance someone could make a really useful plugin?

If Initial Infected leaves a game, server would do a fast_restart.

But best plugin would be on top of ^^^ if Initial infected kills someone, then they both will become normal Infected and if one of them will leave game, server would do a fast_restart because Infected who still playing will no have Juggernaut and Shield (on my server) and it would be harder for him.

And it would be awesome that a message could be added so explain everyone why fast restart happened

Im asking for this because some players dont think about other and now if Initial Infected leaves other players will leave to or they will have to wait until next map.

this been released yet? I have vote enabled just due to initial infected leaving, this would fix alot ty.

Not all infected on mine are jugs, so perhaps for me if just the initial infected leaves then a fast_restart would be better or you could have alot of restarts.
