[Request] MovieCFG allower/unlocker?

Hey since Treyarch took out the ability to execute and use movie configs in bo1. I was wondering if anyone could make a mod, or external program or something, that lets us execute and use movie configs for recording. That would be amzing, I know that one person has done it, but is not releasing it. And it's of high demand.
