[Request] Unreal Weapons Mod

Our clan is looking for someone to make us a mod.
What we would like to have if possible is;

1>All weapons edited - more ammo, more damage, less spread when shooting from hip.
2>More nades, gas, smoke, projectiles etc.
3>Sniper rifles with no sway, less kick and a wider scope view. all one shot one kill.
4>All weapons available for secondary weapon select.
5>No fall damage/ gravity
6> Create custom classes
7>And a message menu to promote our clan and of course your mod.
