[Request] User teleporter

Is it possible to make a plugin that moves the players?
For example: if a player is placed on the coordinate x1 y1 z1 then it moves to coordinate x2 y2 z2 ???

i was wondering that to i have the teleporter plugin in my server but would like to be able to teleport other people to were i teleport
