is there someone who'd be willing to show me how to make plugins for Nukem's Server Addon?

i'm a mapper.
i've made a number of different maps for several games (Crysis 2, Crysis Wars, Cod4, UT3, HL2DM and more).

i also made a few mods for MW2 that i used with alterIWNet.
but there's much i don't know.

i think i have an ok foundation, just no skill or real experience with C++.

is there someone who could show me how it's done?
