This only the rcon console everyone has in dedicated servers. Kinda useless. You *might* be able to kick some people when you are host. But that's it.

there is no tutorial in the vid? He just joins a private match and then a normal game. Private matches don't even have the console.

I don't have sound, and net at friend is slow, but it just looked like gameplay where he had already unlocked it to show off.

He just joined a private match, left and joined a game.
Seems waaaaaaaaay to fake, but who knows.

lmfao it really does work.. just join a private match and leave -> ingame console
