you could try seta sv_kickBanTime 0 in console ?

no.. a tempban is just an hour just wait it out or restart the server not that hard you know.

Do set sv_kickBanTime 0 in console, just tried this on my lan and works fine.

The console can be buggy sometimes so you may have to log in and out a couple of times, but as long as you can type "status" and see the xuids you should be ok.
