The one who made the videos, told me that the settings aren't maxed out. ~medium-high without recording he get ~100-150 FPS

Doesnt look maxed out, it looks like hard shadows, and doesnt look much like the show demos at E3 and the like.
And i'd barely be able to run it at low...
