Why do people come here, do not search for such topic, do not check if it already exists, and create same silly topic with same stupid question? My answer is - yes, it is possible, but nobody gonna do that, because of way it has to be done.

MW3 already uses Valve Anti Cheat.
Also the Server Addon has a plugin that blocks frequent name changes. Now just install a votekick plugin and you're done. An automated anti cheat NEVER works and you NEED admins, with ANY Anti-Cheat (VAC/PB/BE/Warden/etc)
