With heuristics it's possible and that will ban innocent people as well.

Concept idea:
* Check the dYaw/dT; dPitch/dT and with too high values kick the player.
* Check KDR.
* Check if someone hits > 75% of all bullets shot over a long time (to not kick someone who shoots his first bullet and hits someone).
* While firing, check if the Yaw and Pitch of the bullets don't change -> if the player did not disable recoil and/or spread
