Is anyone familiar with software that is capable of converting vast number of .doc/.docx files into PDF while adding watermark + copy and edit protection?

To transform .doc/.docx to pdf I use PDFCreator, it works fine OMA

If you want you can use Foxit Reader for it too.
It will install a "Virtual printer" thing which allows you to print full documents from any program to a PDF file.
It is the same as PDFCreator with full pdf reader support.
