[request] Reaching?

I might be reaching here but can the following be done:

1.) plugin for minimum distance kill (dvar 0 disabled, 1-100 yards player has to away)
2.) plugin to force crouch after moving a certain distance from starting point (dvar 0 disabled, 1-15 yards)


Any information would be helpful.
