secondary weapon without bullets?

Could create a plugin that prohibits having bullets in the "weapon secunadria"??
Or leave them with 2 bullets or less???
Ex: USP45-Magnum-etc.
For iSniper mode.
Since I had been told that only has a primary weapon (msr/l118a).
But I need to do this:
