spinning mod

wassap guys, i was just browsing mw2 section but wasnt lucky, anyway and looking for mod or script or something that will make me in example to spin for exactly 360 or 720 degrees with a push on one button, i have binded ''turn left'' with cl_yawspeed @ 1000 but everytime it's differend coz its depending on how long ur holding that button
