A bitrate comparison...

I'm just got bored and wanted to record something, so recorded a small GTA 4 part ("how to get your dog girlfriend for a walk" lol )
So I've rendered this vid first with 1500kb/s bitrate and the second with 4500kb/s bitrate to check if there is any noticeable difference.
I don't know if it is needed it here at all or not, just posting...

I think there is a big difference in quality.
Here are 2 example pictures (I know it isn't the same frame perfectly, but you can see it [floor, walls, jeans...]):
