Well is it legit?

i once tested this store, bought duke nukem cause the offer was incredible, received the key within 60mins. but it seems that they removed the ability to use paypal.

Oh., well then it's quite shit.

They are legit and the last time I think you could never pay with PayPal there but they used a generic payment mehtod that Steam also has (money gets processed by 3rd party) and that way I could just pay by wiretransfer and I also got the key within 60 minutes (BFBC2 when it just came out)

In most cases these sites sell foreign keys. There is no problem in that since most games can be changed (language)... except for Steam CoD Series: a Russian key has the game in Russian. Often they offer an English key for more.

Games from Blizzard (and possibly others) where the keys are region locked will be European/US keys (pick the right one when buying). You can also notice a massive price difference there. (but still, Starcraft 2 when it just came out for EUR30 for a French key was cheap back then)

oh sorry i never bought at onlinekeystore, i mixed that up with http://www.cdkeyhouse.com/. oops, they had the offer with duke nukem and accept paypal. but regularly its not that cheap
