Use the console
Start
Restart

Remotely on a Home based Dedi?

I think there were ones in the past, but as far as I know they are outdated.

I know there is a rcon plugin for external rcon but I wasnt able to get it to work.

The way could be a plugin, some windows thingy, some external app.

Is there a any web apps?

You can do these thigs with a service provider if you pay for a server, can you do the same at home? Maybe setup apache or something? I dont know.

Any knowledge to share?

My server is sitting half crashed. Showing as up on Gametracker, but unjoinable. And Im out of town just watching the rank fade. xd.

It be nice to have a way in the future.

Im running windows but I would switch my server machine to linux if I had to.
