When set to

IPBanList=
OnlyAllowCountries=true
DisplayPlayerCountry=True

still ip was blocked. US players wer all blocked.
Am I missing something we are running server addon with permissions and other plugins as well.
Do I just need the countryplugin in my plugin folder? What about any of those files in the source folder?

LOL, I'll look into it, and no, you don't need the source to use the plugin.
Also, are you sure that your country appears as USA when you connect? Also, what is the exact kick message you get?

Guys, I'm not racist for requesting this plugin. Also like JariZ said, it won't solve hacking problems. But for me, it helps, a lot.

I'm a dedi server admin, and many of my friends complained about people keep cheating in my server. I always do my best to permanently ban them, the list grows longer as day passed by.

I noticed however, most of these cheaters come from two countries nearby, namely China and Indonesia (sorry folks, I try not to generalize).

So, is there any plugin or addon to ban ALL IP address range from these two countries? It would help me a lot.. You know there are over a billion people in China and more than a quarter billion in Indonesia. I really can't do this manually.

I don't have to justify myself, I just have own reasons. FYI my server(s) located in Malaysia, and guess what? ALL Indonesia servers ban IPs from Malaysia. I only host 2 dedicated servers and I want only players from SEA (except Indonesia LOL) to play here.

Message is Your IP address has been blocked from this server.
don't know if USA appears when connecting because you get kicked just after the map loads

EDIT - I know why now, it happens if your IP block list is empty I've updated the plugin now, it doesn't come up anymore.

now it works, but there is another problem when a player connect on the server => from = unknow?? for all players my server is linux .

All players are from Unknown? I'll look into that.

EDIT - Well, I'm not sure, it might be a Linux specific problem, I'll try to get someone to join my dedi and see if it appears as Unknown.

so if i get banned then use something like vpn4all id get back in right ? provideing its an ip ban.
