Banned from own Server

Plugins updated to 1.202 today, run server, go into server via Lan options, starts up client and comes up error you have been banned from this server.

WTF!!!!!

I can get into other game servers so not vac ban.

I have removed all addons and plugins and re-run server still the same.

Where is the banned xuid kept?
