If you are fed up of waiting for the key an still want to buy one. I found a polish cd key store. They offer the extended bo 2 polish version for 27 and its possible to pay with paypal. I think its region free, because i can play without vpn from germany and it is possible to set the language to english with this tutorial.
They deliver the key to your email after the payment is verified (in about 5 min after i finished payment).

I have no beef, I just want to see people happy. If getting their refund makes them happy that is good. However you must admit that if d0h! doesn't come back you were wrong for holding hope the whole time? I am not trying to be rude or anything, but different strokes for different folks as they say. I personally, having another identity here, gave friends that I know around 40 people the link to this place as I trusted d0h. Now I am feeling like a jackass.

The fact that @ d0h! does not appear here does not mean that he is a scammer. I also disappeared once when I went to hospital after serious operation and I also needed to send some keys to some people. However they kept calm and understood everything and received their keys when I was out
