I have been trying to find an .ff viewer/editor for Black Ops 2 but I couldn't find one.

I've seen a salsa20 decryption key here and C# source code here. I tried compiling the code but it is missing files/libraries:

This tool crashes when I drop my .ff file onto it.

Please help, here is the file I want to edit:
