Com_LoadBsp fix

[Nukem]

Was bored, so I decided to make this. Maps still can't be loaded normally ("You must buy this dlc on steam") unless if you overwrite another map like mp_cracked.

How to use:

• Navigate to your mod tools folder, go to 'bin', and rename linker_pc.exe to linker_pc_old.exe
  
• Extract anything in the zip file to the 'bin' folder
  
• http://i.imgur.com/YEDBBGK.png
  
• Run the modtools and build something

Nice job @Nukem . I remember @NTAuthority did this a while back though, he never released it, although he did share a snippet of it back in April on IRC.

Yeah I still remember that one video, it's too bad mp_airbase.d3dbsp isn't included in the mod tools anymore though.
