Idk about other countries but:
1.) When Russia was communistic party it rocked.
2.) Now Russia became democratic country and it sucks.

Communism in Russia started before Stalin, didn't it? And yeah, Stalin wasn't very nice I read somewhere, that he suffered of a brain disease, something in his brain made him angry and aggressive.
