Configs dont open [exec movie3/cinematic]

I need help, since when i open liberation mw2, and select TSDMovie I launch the game.
After launching i go to private match with bots, and when i type on the external console exec movie3 or cinematic nothing happens literally.
Please help with the directory n such i tried players and main folders but none seem to work?

Adding to this, I cannot acces any demos from the liberation console.
I keep getting an error saying that the demo doesnt excist?
I bought this game yesterday to make edits and such but this is fucking pain!

Firstly, you will get ban, secondly - just put those dvars in any gscs.
.. and I think demos aren't supported in steam version.
