Do plugins load on...

Hi,

I am curious if Plugins can be loaded without restarting the server? Such as can I set up the plugin and when the map changes will it load the plugin?

I should of gone in to greater detail.

I mean after the server is running, and I want to add a new plugin. Can I just throw it on the server and expect it to load on a map change without restarting?

No, you can't. The server needs to be restarted if you want to add/remove plugins
