It doesn't mean you're running windows 64Bit it means that your processor is 64bit.. which was the standard (way) before the standard was windows 64bit

with me he gets stuck at compiling, but at the compile log it sais "TGA Converting Finished"

When you send me the beta version (before this release), I also had a problem with 64x64 icons, it was stopping at tga converting finished. You should look into this

um try it again with this one, it's much more stable
