Empty xmodel folder?

I am hoping someone can help me out here - after navigating to my black ops xmodel folder I find that it is empty. Can someone please upload it to a fileshare site for me?

neg , do you own the game on steam and do you have modtools installed via the tools menu in steam ? if so just validate files for both , if you dont own the game via steam then no dice .......

The game was given to me by a friend. The only reason I wanted the xmodel folder (which is empty) is to obtain the L96A1 sniper model (with textures) which I am unable to find anywhere.
