You've also fallen for it.
The mouse support thing is Gearbox ing against IW. It is from MW2 where someone asked Robert Bowling: What improvements does the PC version have over the console versions because there are rumors that it's just a port from console to PC. He responded with: Mouse support and resolution settings.

So don't take the link above so serious, it's a joke against other companies who don't build this in by default (also Borderlands 1 already had all of this afaik (well, stuff like Cloud Save wasn't in there but no game had that) so that makes me even more convienced that this is just a huge )

I don't know if they're trolling though, some things seem pretty legit. If they were trolling, why would they mention cloud saves?

Because they mention it about 10 times which makes it ridiculous (MW2 had CLOUD SAVE as extra feature for PC as well)
