While testing this patch if the updater asks to update, press no.

Notes:

• map_rotate bug fixed (see here) (OYAY IW)
  
  Updater:
  Added option for 'AutoUpdate' in the sv_config.ini (Mainly for dedi servers on game server hosters)
  

d3d9.dll/addon.dll/updater.exe need to be replaced for this to all work.

Please report any unusual performance or bugs.

try to use a addon v1.413 and not addon v1.414

this one is addon v1.413
