The main RAR download has been updated to the current version. (http://cod6hmod.itshax.com/mw3_addon/dow...0Addon.zip)

Changes also include:
Better directory searching for addon.dll
More detailed 'Failed to load DLL' error messages.

Ok, Thanks Nukem.

Im trying one of my servers with a Fresh Install now, will post here if it works.
Other than that, I am lost as all my servers are just failing to boot with it and they are not creating logs/ dumps either Sad

The updated addon wont work on my fresh install either.
I have no plugins on it, just the basic addon as downloaded.
The server is definitely updated to the new version.

Same issue: Doesn't boot, No logs, No dump files.

If I remove the d3d9.dll , it starts without the mod.

Is the server running on Linux or Windows?

The main files are newer so you should replace d3d9.dll & addon.dll [Link here]

Just replaced the addon.dll and d3d9.dll with the ones from the .rar you provided and it works perfect.

Thanks m8
