Try making a nicely formatted thread with proper English. Don't say things like "PLZ join", try keeping it professional. Also don't say "I WANT BE FAMOUYS LOLZ", don't do this for yourself. You should help the community. You're also not going to get a popular group by getting a free site and putting some random stuff on it. Buy a website and try to go big, or not at all.
