You've completely misunderstood the concept of time and light though.
If you move at the speed of light, light won't catch up to you, and thus to you it will look like time has stopped.
If you look at the sun, you are in fact looking 'back in time' as it takes 8 minutes for the light to go from the sun to Earth.
If you travelled back in time from travelling at the speed of light, then the whole universe would be pitch black as all light ever emitted is in a constant time travel, and will never stop.
