I couldn't collect your plugin as I don't know where to take this mysqladapter and in general where to take data for filling of point [Shop] in sv_config.ini as I am engaged for the first time in a plugin with mysql a database.

Follow any B3 guide and do to till the step you have to create a database(ignoring b3 related steps).MySQL .Net Adapter can be downloaded from internet from their website
