Pretty much.. But it's a 1000x better. You can set up permissions, use echelon, track stats, and hae timed messages and other crap it's real good thing to have.

But it's doesn't have access to everything.. Can you track stats? Nope. Can you ban a player through a website tool? No. *unless you use the badnames plugin which has a few holes..*
