Help Data Control program

So it's a lot asked. But I don't what that you guys go fully code my program (I think you wouldn't do that too but )

I can't find the name of that Name - XUID - Status thing.
I don't know it and can't find it, is it maybe made on a special way?
And if I have it I can google about it and stuff, but I don't know the name.

Forgot it you guys can't read my mind xD.
I use the coding language VisualBasic (VB.net )

Use mysql data base.
It's very easy to make... Use player's XUID or something else, then mysqlquerry get his xuid and his info.

I mean that I just want to put in all info myself.
but I don't know the name (like the name for button in the toolbox is button)
I want to know the toolbox name for that Name - XUID - Status list thing.

Oh lol, thank you for calling it a good idea, but it isn't even for proper use, I just want to take control of this, so I can use it in many more projects . I just need to learn it so I thought this can be maybe usefull. (and offcourse I would use it for my server)
