Help How do I host a Hide and Seek/Prop Hunt match?

I installed it and everything, but in TDM, people respawn after they are killed by the seekers.

In search and destroy people can plant the bomb and I don't want that happening.

if you know what settings/gamemode to host this in please tell.

I guess it is the problem of mod, what mode does it support by default?
