Help Icon/point on radar

Hey everyone

I found 2 memory addresses for spawning a icon on the radar like in that video, it's visible for everyone in the server.

I'm not sure if it's possible to make a plugin for that and I couldn't find the addresses for the location of it. hopefully someone who's a bit better in that stuff can help me
