Help MW2 Liberation - Application won't open.

Hey guys.

I'm pretty new to this forum, and to hacking MW2. WOOT anyways, some people referred me to MW2 Liberation. However I downloaded it, but whenever I try and open up the application... I get this error. http://i46.tinypic.com/2wmfjix.jpg

I've turned off my Anti-Virus, Firewall, and tried to open as administrator. I'm currently using Windows 7 x64 Bit Home Premium. I use AVG, but like I said, I've disabled most things. Please help me get through this problem!

p.s After a few seconds of extracting the files, the Application simply disappears as well. At first I thought it was the Anti Virus, but after disabling pretty much everything I still don't know why the reason it disappears.
