Hey guys I'm pretty new to the whole modding scene with MW2/Mw3.

I was wondering how you might go about editing the mini map in the game to show call out points etc? Playing competitively this would really help some of the newer players to the MW3 scene. And if you edit these files do they have to stay the same size to avoid VAC etc

Like on Resistance their is Shop, Umbrells, burning building, gate etc. Names for positions. Its much easier for newbies to understand the map.

umm I started doing this 2 days ago and have done bootleg, arkaden and bakaara the files are located in iw_01 and you do the same thing as you would for camos. GLHF

Can anyone link me to a tut on converting to DDS and back to IWI and how to make the file size the same?

pls use the google custom site search in the upper right, there are 1-2 tutorials containing all tools you need on itsmods
