Help Mw3 Shop with points + Database

I want to make a shop plugin with point system, that will write the xuid + points to a txt file as database.
If a txt file isn't really usefull, I would also like to use another database. (I know a .txt file is not a database)

Its almost the same as @Sailormoon made but then with a database, so when I restart the server the points are saved.

Maybe people can give me some suggestions, like what I should look on youtube to make my plugin work.

Sorry, I mean what kind of tutorials. I did already watch some .txt writing tutorials, but don't know how to link them with the plugin. ( and I don't even know how to make the points system)
