Moonlight Shop HELP

Hey com,
Yesterday i wanted to install the Moonlight Shop Plugin, but ad i opened it i saw 4 Files and I dont know where I have to put them. My other question is if this Plugin saved the points a player get in a round, so when he leave and join again he have all points from last game. Did everyone know how to a Permananet Weapon like the HJA Server? Thx in advice
