Help Server Problem

I'm facing the same problem. The only workaround for me is to start the server while Steam is closed.
I think Steam blocks the default masterServerAuth-Port... And I can't set a new port for that.
When I start Steam after starting the server (which now shows Master Servers found blah...) I can't join my own server, because it doesn't show up in the LAN-Section. When I want to join it then via the Internet thingie it tells me "Server refused our connection request".
Any ideas?
